Canyon's transition to the Prep made easy
Canyon Pointe sixth graders no longer have to complete the
Pointe Schools Registration Packet and regular enrollment
process as they transition to North Pointe Prep for seventh
grade. Canyon parents only need to submit a completed
Continuing Education Form to the School Office.  Forms are
due to the office by February 15th to ensure a spot at The Prep.
Sixth graders at Canyon and
Pinnacle Pointe Academy toured the
North Pointe Preparatory Campus as
they worked through the "Steps"  to
familiarize themselves with "The
Prep."  The Steps to the Prep
program allows the students from the
academies the opportunity to take
advantage of the easy transition and
enrollment process that Pointe
Schools has been committed to with
their K-12 educational system.
The final step will take place on May
21st as the soon to be 7th graders
attend an all night event hosted by
The Prep's STUGO.
Step #6 - Basketball Game at The Prep
Sixth graders of Canyon and Pinnacle were invited to 'Experience the Prep' at North Pointe's
January 8th Basketball Game.

Step #7 - Campus Tour
Sixth graders from Canyon and Pinnacle will visit the Prep, meet the Jr. High teachers, and learn
about North Pointe's four A's on February 5th.

Step #8 - Open House
The Parents of Canyon and Pinnacle are invited to 'Experience the Prep' at
North Pointe's Open House on March 9th.

Step #9 - Shadow Week

government member for the day attending classes and participating in the Prep's annual
Rock Lobster Spring Fling, April 19th-23rd.
