Pointe Schools receives Investment Grade Rating

Five years after Jody Johnson became Superintendent, Pointe Schools was honored to formally receive an investment grade rating from
Standard and Poor’s. The respected credit rating company’s final report stated, “The stable outlook reflects our expectation that during the
next two years the school will likely successfully manage through any additional state funding cuts and maintain steady enrollment and
demand for its services, balanced financial operations, and solid debt service coverage.”

Fewer than 4% of all charter schools nationwide have been given an investment grade rating by one of the 3 major rating companies (S&P,
Fitch, or Moody’s) and of Arizona’s 511 charter schools, Pointe is one of only nine with an investment grade rating.

“During these difficult economic times, it is wonderful to be able to give our employees and parents independent confirmation that the
company and our schools are financially stable," said Pointe Schools Superintendent Jody Johnson. "We have come a long way in the past
five years!”

Pointe Schools exists to support parents in developing students who
demonstrate scholastic and behavioral excellence and make a positive impact in their community.
